How We ReFreshed this kitchen?
This is where we started: dated 1970s cabinets, yellow walls, damaged countertops, a peeling peel-and-stick backsplash, and limited storage and prep space..
First, we painted the cabinets inside and out.
2. Then we applied an industrial-grade contact paper to refresh the yellow countertops.
3. After that, we installed a peel-and-stick backsplash.
4. We replaced the original doors with new shaker-style doors, spray-painted on site, and added a small island with an overhang.
5. Lastly, we painted the walls, installed new light fixtures, added the finishing touches, and voilà!
